Quickstart installation doubts

I have read through previous discussions within the forum about doing a quick start installation and I have also read the documentation.

Is there any way somebody could take me through step by step how to install quickstarter.

I have the quick start folder uncompressed on my desktop and I created a new subdomain for this Joomla site.

Where do I install quickstarter? In Joomla!? In SiteGround (my webhost)?

I would very much appreciate the help!

Hi

Please simply upload the files to an empty folder on Your server. Than from Your browser open this folder. Rest of the installation looks exactly like any other joomla installation and You will be guided during this process.

To see if I understood it right:

Do I upload the content of the quickstart folder to an empty folder in FileZilla for example?

Exactly. Quickstart is bascially a joomla installator but with a content we have added.
