Switch to Mobile does not work

Hi,
I'm using Game Magazine template. When I load the site on mobile phone, the button Switch to desktop version does not work. When i click on it, it does not do anything. Any idea how to fix this?

No configuration issues in joomla panel, so I will need an ftp access to chest of options.

I'm sending a joomla access with this problem to programmers for check, so please do not remove it yet.

I've received an answer from programmers that it was a cache misconfiguration problem. Should be fine now. Please check.

The buttons Switch to mobile and Switch to desktop version do not work still.

Please try clear cache maybe, I've checked it before posting here and it is working fine (I've just checked again).
