mobile only layout fronpage, unfolding blocks how

within game magazine (after quickstart install, www.speedfestival.nl ), i see on the mobile view, there are these unfolding blocks on the FrontPage. (special articles are being loaded).

can't figure out which module controls this?

I think it's not a module but a component, please check what menu type home element is. I think it's featured layout. Try play with it's settings.
