Extremely low site

Im using this template at http://tinyurl.com/cec8weh and i'm getting very high loading pages.
Especialy the entrance page.

its made equal to the quickstart template. Can you see why its taking so high loadings?

Here you can see that you site is contains many additional scripts which are loading slowly. Please try to configure cache like it is described at our wiki (gavick.com/documentation) and enable template css compression.
