frontpage: image show, link should open on full page

please check: www.ic-tm.nl where the standard image show is installed.

if you click whatever option from the article link, and you click the black banner (link to the article), then the image show keeps on top of the clicked article. i want all articles to open on a blanco page (without the image show on top)

can this be done?

Be sure that all categories articles sources are present on some link item on the menu.
