Check-out failed with the following error

Hello,
A few of the modules in Module Manager have a lock icon next to the name.
When i try to edit them, i get this in red:

Check-out failed with the following error: The user checking out does not match the user who checked out the item. You are not permitted to use that link to directly access that page (#228).

This is a new installation of the Game Magazine template (Joomla 2.5.6) and I am logged in as Super User.
Why is this happening and how do i fix it?

Hi,
when you are in module list please check all with this icon next to name. Then please click 'check-in' from the top menu. It should fix this issue and let's you to edit them.
