Menu items

Hi my website is www.jags.in

what i want to know is how to limit the number of items shown on any of the menu pages(news, reviews,features,india etc ) {not the modules}
and then add a next page link after the last item on that page.
because it just goes on as an endless list right now and i dont like that.
Right now i sort the menu items by tag within K2.

You are using K2 so this is already prepared. All You need to do is to set a number of elements to display in category settings. Use only leading for example and rest set to 0.
