Issues with the menu

I have an issue with the menu. When I click on Template for example here http://demo.gavick.com/joomla16/oct2011/ the menu displays the menu item under that menu item.... and you can click on the menu item you want.

On my website, if I click on a menu item on the main menu, the cascade list of menu items under that menu is shown but it is very difficult to click on it because it disappears if you move the mouse too quickly and out of that cascade list.

So basically people can see the menu items but it is very difficult to click on them. And for the menu item in the right, the menu items below it are cut and not shown completely.

how to solve the issue?

Thanks for the link, I have checked but I don't see the first problem because I can select your submenu items very easily without any problem.

Regarding the problem with the last submenu, I think you could use a suffix class and some CSS code to move it abit to left side, if you can't do this, just provide backend access and I will try for you.

Unfortunately my users complain that they cannot select the submenu items they say it is nearly impossible for them to click on some menu items.

I use Chrome and I also find it difficult to reach some submenu items. Any idea on how to solve this? I was thinking of having the submenu divided in two columns, like the one in the http://demo.gavick.com/ , clicking on Template... two columns are displayed and it is relatively stable... while my menu on my website is not stable

And another thing, with the facebook authentication, users are displayed in the chat on the site with their e-mail address, do you know how to change this, so their name is displayed instead of the e-mail (for privacy reasons)? thanks!

Oh I see that issue now, it's really weird, I have tried to changed something but couldn't fix and it seems to happen only with submenu's that have menu items without link because the first one "Notizie" works properly.

Regarding the issue with chat extension I think you should contact its author to get better support.
