VM custom fields problem

hi there

using: eshop template
joomla 2.5.4
VM: 2.0.6

Custom fields don't work well. we have the same issues as described in this post:

even dough VM admits the custom fields are buggy, the generated error comes from within the Gavick Template.

therefore, i really need help from within the gavick team.
