the image preview of the template, shows jomsocial pic, but no template for jomsocial in the package or "rest of files".

I think that we have made the image with mistake, there isn't JomSocial theme included in this template package, I checked our demo site but there aren't any clues of JomSocial there http://demo.gavick.com/joomla16/oct2011/

If you need a template with JomSocial compatible, please check out GK Music, GK Music City, or GK PartyFreak as well.

yeah but I prefer this template and I made my website with. So I think I have to create the jomsocial theme or adapt one existing.

Well so you will need to do it yourself or get a developer to make it done for you, however I'm afraid it would be a pretty heavy work. Feel free to let me know if you need any helps in your progress.
