disable mainmenu

Hi,
i need to disable mainmenu on some specifics pages, and i want to publish on other menu instead of it.

the main gaol is :

in the top i want a top menu with game1 game2 game3 gameN

when i chose one of these game, i want to publish a different mainmenu

how can i realise this ? i'm not abble to disable mainmenu so i can't publish mainmenu_game2
