adjustment module position

hi there,

if you take a look at my site http://www.scubapics.at/genius you can see the menu on the left outside the pagewrap. thats how i wanted it. my problem is, i wanted to stick it to the left border of the pagewrap but cannot get this working. i set the position of that particular div (div id="gkLeft" class="gkMain gkCol"; layout.css line 54) to absolute top: 330; left: 30px. --> as shown below:

But if the screen changes, the div changes as well due to the different resultion. Is it possible to stick that div to the left border of the div gkPagewrap that it always looks like in the attachment:

Sorry I do not understand. Please try describe it better. Also the menu doesn;t look good on big screans.

thats what i am talking about, that the menu doesn´t look good on different especially big screens. i would like to have it fixed to the pagewrap, no matter what screen i am watching it. the whole thing should look like this (please see the red marking on the left menu, that´s exactly how it should be positioned)
