set up template layout

hi there,
how do i realise another template layout like in demo for example: right-column (Menu: Template --> Layouts --> Right column

and how can i adjust the width of the colum, for example mainbody 60% and rightcolumn 40%.

You can see available layout sets under Layout menu (view my screenshot). Currently we do not have a document for it yet, so sorry for this inconvenience.
