Main Menu lost configuration

I have a problem with the main menu. When I scroll down the page and then roll up, the menu lost the configuration.

I found the issue. When I enable modules in the positions Highlights and Search, the mainmenu work ok. But when I disable this modules, I loose the configuration of the mainmenu.

Ok. This information is helpful. For a fast fix keep this modules published and hide them with css:
