Problem downloading the News Tempate.

I am having problems downloading the News Tempate, it always fails.

Hi,
I didn't have any problem on Firefox.
Please use second browser: Chrome, IE11 or Firefox - alternative that you're using as default.

I changed browser and is fine now.

And you have problem on which one?
I'm asking you to convey the technical department to check it.

It was actually a problem of space not browser. The partition where I wanted to save was full.
