Insert Social share buttons in module introtext or title

Hi is it possible to integrate social share buttons into the introtext or title of k2 items displayed in a GK4 or GK5 news module so that users can share directly without having to open the actual k2 item?

Something like the image I've attached.

Hi,
in theory it should be possible, but we do not make such a customizations for our clients.
