how to change text to image

But I think I can help a little bit.

you have at least two options:
1) Easy. Above add another Custom HTML module with City logo only, and in this module disable title.
2) Harder. Create your own CSS class for this module, where BG color will be replaced with BG image.

i just test 1st option - and it working great - thanks, so simple and i don't know why i did not invent it

This is easy solution but takes extra request to database, so if you care about optimization/speed - second option would be better.
If you used ones okey, but if you want use this method more on one page, think twice.

hi, i know this is another few requests to the base but it will only be only 6 tiny images on 1 page - it was so simple...
pls look at my site - i put 1st image

btw i try to put this image as a new CSS class... and i and think that i'm too stupid for it, nothing was happen.
maybe can you help me?
