best way to switch from News to News 2

I am running News on Joomla 3.3 I want to switch to News 2. What is the best way to switch without losing my content? And which set of files should I download to install. Thank you in advance for your reply.

The best solution is just to install another template in current installation. Many module position are the same so you need to make only few corrections and you will keep your content.
