Incorrect visualization in login position

Hi, I've get off the standard icons from login position and tried to put in login posigion to the right of te logo the languaage switcher. And every langage icon became too large, see attachment. Which is the best wa7 to put in my login position the language switccher, search, login and contact buttons and to have small standard size for them?
