how to make images smaller

hi

I am confused why this page has a really huge image

and this page which shows the same article has small (better) image?

I want to use the small image on all the pages - how do I do this?

On both site your images are exactly same size.
Perhaps you are having some caching problems?
Please try visiting your site with chrome incognito or firefox private mode to test it without a cache.

nope - I just altered the image inside the module "Breaking News" to not show any. that way no images, no problem .... lol, there's always another way
