Sorry but now I'm confused - as I see your G+ icon is linked to http://bit.ly/1ls2QZ4 so as I understand you have modified it earlier (content in the Custom HTML module on the social module position) ?

Actually the Twitter and G+1 aren't working properly

When I press the Twitter to tweet it still stays at '0' and the G+1 doesn't do anything. These icons appear at the bottom of the articles, not on the home page

Dont get confused with the follow icons at the top next to the search bar.

Are you sure? As I see there: http://www.westendwiki.co.uk/index.php? ... -operation there is a "1" on the Twitter button and clicking on the G+ button works for me - it displays a popup about sharing.
