Very slow site

Hi,
i do not know why but my site is opening veeeery slow... it takes about 20 - 25 sek till it is opened...

can you help to speed up opening it somehow ???

hi, thanks for help - i do few steps from this instruction and also update joomla and it helps - site changed loading from 25 sec to 13/15 sec so it is more better

now i wondering is it possible to do something more to loading site less than 10 sec ??
