navigation dots acting weird on NSP Header

Can someone advice on why my little orange dots navigation is jumping around when I scroll over it to navigate to next column?

did you tried to update NSP module to latest version?

If update won't help, please use following code:

I've just seen the update page, but which one do I use to update?
I have lots of information on the site already so I don't want to choose the wrong version of update

I inserted the code into the gk.stuff.css and it is now working.

However, it doesn't work on smart phones??

If you have still problem with it, please add this code inside mobile.css file.
But I tried on my smart-phone and was okey, so maybe you have to refresh browser cache few times.
p.s.
If you really don't have to I suggest to disable A- A A+ option in template configuration - it doesn't work well which maybe irritating for users.
