Module order in mobile view

Is it possible to change the ordering of modules in mobile view? I would like to rearrange some of the modules on my website to show up near the bottom instead of near the top as they are now.

The only idea that come s to my mind is to create duplicates of the modules and use onlymobile / onlydesktop / nomobile / nodesktop suffixes to hide and show correct ones.
