Alexa Code

I want to use alexa for metrics and statistics, where I should paste the code that alexa needs to do the work. I know is on Index.php and components.php, but not able jet to make it work. I also try default.php on layouts it doesn't work ether. Please help to figure where to paste the script, and where fiscally those files are located.

Could you post any information about the code you need to insert and post a link to any information about it?

I'm including the script that needs to be paste on somewhere to make alexa to work:

You need to paste this code into this file:
templates/gk_news/layouts/default.php
and paste the code where you decide (above ir ubder opening body tag, or just before closing body tag.

I did as you suggest unfortunately it doesn't work, alexa is not able to see the script. Please help.

I don't see this code in the source code of your site. You either use some strange cache plugin that prevents changes from displaying, or you didn't uploaded those changes back to server.
