Upgrade from NEWS to NEWS II

I'm using the NEWS template with about 1500 items (articles) in K2, I would like to upgrade to the NEWS II, and still use my 1500 items (articles) in K2 also keep the same link to every article to keep my Facebook and twitter post intact and working, which is the procedure to follow when upgrade from NEWS TO NEWS II.

Very important I must keep the item links the same so I can KEEP my posted articles distributed in facebook and twitter. Again the links must remain the same for all the K2 items (articles)

Hello,

Unfortunately News II is not a new version of the News template - you have to manually install the template and configure it as a any other normal template.
