wrong category link in article information

hi,
i set %CATEGORY string on second info format (nsp5) and enable category link . And im also set Search Engine Friendly URLs.

my problem is, when i click the category from article information; its not linked exactly.

such as, my actual menu link is http://onlinebangla.net/culture.html But on article information the category link as
http://onlinebangla.net/32-culture.html And this link is not working.
