Nomobile and notablet suffix not working

Hi,

Please I have placed a menu in the Topmenu position and applied the notablet and nomobile suffix to it but it still shows up in mobiles and tablets. But in two other menu modules, I applied the onlytablet and onlymobile suffixes and they work fine. I dont know if there is something in the topmenu position that is preventing the suffixes from working or something else. I need help

Hello,

Most probably this module position uses the "none" chrome style so it cannot apply the suffixes. In this case I recommend to hide this block by adding in the tablet.css file rule like:
