problem video on k2 item view

in K2:
1) I set the video display category list with size 200px video to simulate a thumbnail of the video;
2) in item view, I moved the code of the video before the picture, 'cause the video was shown at the bottom too.

Now I have a problem.
The video has a space at the top very obvious. (Example: http://www.piazzalanotizia.it/cultura-s ... erina.html)
This only happens if I use the service online media with ID address of the Youtube video, but if you use the embedded space above disappears. But I lose the responsive with embedded video and also ignores the size in category view.

How can I fix?

I found a solution by moving the video under the title of the article, setting the width to 100%.
The only problem is that if there is no text, it remains at the bottom of an empty space.
