Submenu not show on topmenu, again

Hi again, i want to get this item http://www.gavick.com/forums/news-jooml ... 29673.html because i update to joomla 3.2 and install the version to 3.2 of News template.
Now i need again show submenu on Top Menu when mouse over. I copy the code on override.css, activate override and configurated the module same las time and don´t work. Is possible the error was the update

The install is new, joomla 3.20 new installation, and install news template 3.20, as you can see the site is empty yet
The submenu is CARRETERA, ÉLITE-SUB23 don´t show untill you mouse over, and now show always

I dont´understand nothing
Today on afternoon i open the site and the submenu work ok, the submenu show when mouse over
One question more, will be possible use the footer menu when the original mode?
