1) do you use any component to improve SEF ?
2) You can disable [send] icon in Article options, because right now you have it at the bottom of article, so you don't need default from Joomla anymore. This same with [Print] when somebody click [+] will see Print.

I've checked our Quickstart for j3.x -- and all those [print] [send] features worked for me.
So probably there are problem with generated URL not with template.

Could help with this problem?

1) Could you install another, different GK template and check this same page and buttons.
2) Could you disable SEF and check again, also.
3) Could you check print/send buttons on default Joomla template
