K2 Not Working Properly

Hi,

I am having this issue for my 3 sites.main issue is K2 new items not displaying in the NSP Header.frankly not updating them once i add new item.second issue is http://awesomescreenshot.com/00320z6ndb cannot unpublished items by clicking mentioned button.

All sites are using Joomla! 3.2.0

Please help me to fix this issue asap.

This is probably K2 issue and due to fact that K2 is beyond is you need to contact with K2 support. The first issue is probably related with your server time, please try to use offset value in News Show Pro settings. What NSP version did you use?

Any answer here? Same error for me in items and comments. I use quickstart installation files. I try to reinstall k2 but dont resolve the issue. Debug System
has no export any error.

Which News Show Pro module did you use? Gk5 or GK5? Did you change the offset value?

K2 has the problem, not News Show Pro.
Quickstart zip by default has install gk4 + gk5 News Show Pro.
Enable is News Show Pro gk4 in many modules.
News Show Pro gk5 is problematic, when enable have 1064 error.
Where is time offset value and what is the right value?
Should be change this value in all News Show Pro gk4 modules?
In global configuration i have time zone of my country.

because i have vps, config server, php and joomla in same time zone but problem remain.

No it is not so problematic for me to answer you but until I don't have access to your website I can't help you. Please disable modules one by one and find this one which is causing problem. Then please make sure that your configuration is correct and there is AT LEAST one article to display because in other case you will get this error. There is also second solution - please update NSP GK5 to latest version and then you will see only "no articles to display" text when you configuration will returns no results.
