Hello from the recent update of my site joomla 3.2 presents a problem for the registration of new users, the error is attempting to enter the new user after the verification, he says the name or the password does not match the registration.

My question is whether this problem can be due to an incompatibility with the template.

You should update your template before not after upgrade, Joomla 3.2 made so many changes in engine.
Now you can also install new version of template - so please do it. And check again.

Well the problem is related to the new action button to turn off the email.

Because the site works fine, except that when a new user finishes his registration and will enter their data leaves a message.

(Your user name or password are not valid)

The message is something like what comes out and it is impossible for the new user to enter the site.

If the user attempts to request a new password at the time, also the process is correct, but the code sent by joomla to enter the recovery box is invalid.

This problem is similar to something that happened in 1.5 with joomla business templates.

Specifically on the route host / / templates / gk_news / html / com_users / reset / confirm.php

You can just rename this folder "gk_news\html\com_users\reset" to "reset-bad"

than Joomla 3.2 will use default Joomla engine instead. This should help you right now.
