Delayed on News show pro4

Hi,
I have delayed on items show in the News Show Pro GK4
The item in the category show ok, but the item will be show in NSPGK4 module and not show it, but for example, tomorrow is ok and show it
In global configuration/server i have universal time coordinate. I try to put in my country but is the same
In joomla, system, The configuration cache is off, and cache file is on, i don´t know if this configuration is ok.
Is possible i have to mark Time Offest in the configuration NSPGK4 module? i don´t know how many mark

You need to change offset value in News Show Pro configuration. Please try to set +1 or -1 value in offset because probably there is a difference between 'real' time and your server time.

I try to mark -1, -2, -3, -4, +1, +2, +3, +4, but don´t show
My server is in Madrid, Spain, I am in the Spain. Now, joomla is configurated server time hour in Madrid.
Don´t you think the offest will be 0?, At the moment don´t show in real time. When i publish a item, the item show ok in the category, and it´s date and time is ok, in real time.
I don´t know whats happen, another idea?
One question. If i make the change of offest, the change is in the real time? or the efect will be in the next operation

Now i have offest configurate to 12, and show the items i maked a few hours, about seve hours, but i make a new item and don´t show in real time, is possible i need configurate offest to 24? but option 24 don´t show

It´s not work, yerstarday whith offest on 12 i saw the items maked on morning, but today, this items not show, so whith offest on 12 don´t work
Please any idea somebody?
On news show pro GK5 is this problem resolved?

Could you make a test with News Show Pro GK5? We've included there some fixes and probably the module will work better than GK4 version.

Yes, now i try whith NSP GK5 and the problem with delayed is solved, but i have the same configuration than module NSP GK4 and the animation don´t work. If you see in the original template demo, in the position of Obama in this place i have 3 items will be show automatic or click or mouseover, but nothing only show the first item. I have arrows whith pagination but don´t work and autoanimation is ON .
Others configuration
Module mode- standard
Module suffix - nsp clear light header
I have to unplish the rest of NSP GK4 because don´t show and i think there are a conflict with two modules installed
