JCH Optimize plugin

Hi,
I'm trying to optimize NEWS template, I found this plugin (JCH Optimize) which has a very good record, I was wondering if someone has tried or had some experience with this plugin could share some information.

Why you didn't used the built-in template JS and CSS compression? It works similar to JCH Optimize plugin

I just activate the built-in template JS and CSS compression, I'm going to test my website now with Google to see its improvements, thank you very much for your help.
