News Show Pro GK4 and update service

Hi,

I update code (News Show Pro GK4) as suggested but the the problem persist, still no animation at all. I just realize that sometime support people can access my site via back-end and fix the problem how I make that happen.

In reference to the update services, I'm behind a fire wall, do I need to open some port to make your services reach your server?

My News Show Pro GK4 it wont animate and it was showing same and only one picture.

The problem was that the News Show Pro GK4 was showing one picture only with no animation at all, I fix this configuration issue increasing the pages with art to more than one and activating the animation, now is working fine.

Still having problems with updating services... My server is behind a firewall, perhaps that could be the problem?
