News Show Pro GK4 and update service

I just purchased 4 months membership and trying to setup NEWS template.

I have a problem with news show pro GK4 It just showing one picture for 3 days it just static, is this an static module or I'm doing something wrong, I couldn't get any information or tutorial, please help.

Also the update service it just hangs on: Loading update data from GavicPro Update service... and nothing happens.

the only static module which I know is Custom HTML module /default from Joomla/.

NSP GK5 is dynamic when it have access to two or more items to slide.
Sometimes there could be conflicts with other modules which uses JS.
Also Cache memory may create errors... so many reasons.

It might be connected with module problem (old version) or server settings, who knows.

I suggest to download module straight from our website and upload (Extensions Manager->Install) it will upgrade/replace old code with new.

I update code as suggested but the the problem it not solve still no animation at all. I just realize that sometime support people can access my site via back-end and fix the problem how I make that happen.

In reference to the update services, I'm behind a fire wall, do I need to open some port to make your services reach your server?
