Error Updating template

I´m treating to update gknews template from 3.8 to 3.9 but I can´t. This message appear:

JInstaller: :Instalar: Fallo copiando el archivo /home/uv016305/public_html/tmp/install_51f98414221d1/gk_news/component.php a /home/uv016305/public_html/templates/gk_news/component.php

Hi

Is the same message visible if You are installing the newer version by package via joomla installer ?
What does it means ?

If You need a fast solution, please simply overvrite the template via FTP.

I have no idea. It may be because files are broken, so try to download it one more time and try than.
It may also be a problem with ftp client, lack of space on the server or lack of permissions to upload to this folder.
