New K2 item invisible

Hi!
I re-install "news" template using quickstart file for resolve an error.
But the error persists.

When i add new K2 item (in front-end or back-end), this item not appear in front-end.
When i copy (duplicate) any K2 item, appear normally.

Can you help me?!

Did you compare settings with new item you created and old one you copied, such as "Featured" or "Published" buttons. When you say it doesn't appear do you mean in a module or from a menu item linked to K2 item.

Let us know.

Both have same configs (new and duplicated item). Published, featured, category, author,dates... All fields have same parameters.

New K2 Item appear in menu K2 category and direct link.
New K2 item doesn't appear only in modules (mod_news_pro_gk4).

The error might be in the module. Suggestion?

I installed mod_news_pro_gk5. The same problem occurred. The new item doesn't appear in module.

This issue is now fixed, please check and let me know. Problem was time offset needs to be +5.

Basically when querying server for date/time to build a sql query to get items current time and your servers time are not same so there was a offset of +5 hours.

You can see this setting in module settings > Data Source > Time Offset.

I understand how "Time Offset" works, but new item doesn't appear in module after change.
I try config +5, -5, 0 and others. But two items created in front and back-end doesn't appear.
What should I do to make the item appear instantly in GK4 module?

I've tested both in +12 and both cases it shows items created in frontend and backend. Please check now. Currently I have set the data source to K2 Category US for test purposes.

Unfortunately, i will give up the module (and maybe the template). Is not working as the proposal. New items created via front-end do not display in GK4 modules. I try many configs in "time offset" field, including your suggestions. : (

Are you sure you are looking at the correct module when adding items, I have added K2 item from frontend and backend with the config I have written and it was showing fine. Tested this in Header Module.

Please also make sure timezone is set correctly in Global Configurations > Server Tab.

Hi Norman.

I made many tests, included all sugestions.
Because of no resolved errors i abandoned the module (and template).

I made a new instalation, with other template.
The quickstart installs only Gk5 and the same error persist!

I installed GK4 for change indicated file, but after instal the module dont work.
If you can, login for verify user/pass is the same.

changed or duplicated existing articles appear 5 min later. And newly doesn't show at all... Weird... I hope I get some help...

@Wolfje, your issue is fixed now, please create a new k2 item and check in front end.

Delete 2 test K2 items I have created and do not update the module unless we update it in our servers.
