Joomla 3.1.1 problem

Since the update Joomla 3.1.1 there are two problems with the template :

1. Suffix headlines
In the title, the down arrow disappears.

2. Position UserArea
The icons "login" and "rss" are not displayed

I found these problems with Frefox, Chrome and Safari. It works properly with Internet Explorer

The problem is your CSS Compression option...When disabled, it works
