warning in package upload

hello

I upload a news package file : gk_news_quickstart_J!30.zip to my joomla3.0 , the Installing file was successful.
but there was warning message :

Warning
JInstaller: :Install: File does not exist C:\xampp\htdocs\hasanah2\tmp\install_514487045f3c5\gk_news_quickstart_J30\installation\cache

I checked in the template manager the installed template does not exist.

how to solve this ?

Hi

Please try set permissions of /tmp folder to 777 during installation.

thanks for reply.
I am still doing it in my local machine, windows7. But I checked the tmp folder and the permission and its all OK. I uploaded another package file like gk_news_J!30.zip and its works. But for others package like quickstart_j!30 and rest_file_J!30 its always gave me warning message, and the installation didn't work.

I am using windows 7, xampp1.7.3, and joomla 3.0.2

is there any setting that I have to do ?

I think I know what's the problem. Aren't You trying to install quickstart using joomla installator by accident ? I think Yes. Quickstart is a joomla install package itself. Please install it as a clean joomla.
