Hi
1. Pagination is desplayed accordingly to style selected, so it's hard for me to answer that. Please tell me the url to the page where You want to move pagination and where to move it to.
2. There is an option to place it left, right or below Article Layout. Please look into Link Layout options in module.
3. No it's not possible with Links Layout.
4. It depends what module position has been used. So please show me the page with this module.
