I use the NSP GK5 to news template. Because NSP gk4 no "by rating".

Can you show me, how do I adjust the distance between the article layout with a link layout?

Actually you can't. You have created "scrolling" element so beside this one image and title there are few more. PRobably you have disabled navigation so access to them is impossible but they are there. And one of hidden elements has a longer title: "Transparansi Internasional Indonesia: KPK unit anti-korupsi …" which breaks into 2 lines and pushes entire content bottom.
The only way you could fix this if you doesn't care about other elements with images - is to set to show only 1 image with title.
