It is Mac Chrome (Current).
I would strongly suggest to use different plugin to show banners - this one adds old (from times of html4) table structure that will cause a lot of trouble.
It shows in Mac Safari well - but if something doesnt show in Chrome - it usually means trouble :(.
Also - making it display center with table structure that has no elements indexes and classes - is quite an impossible thing. You could ask extension provider for help with that.

I changed to a standard advertising component and banner display correctly. But it still does not show up in FF. Any ideas?

There must be a JS script, that hides the element, as when DOM loads it looks this way:
Code: Select all
<img src="http://www.forumcallcenter.pl/images/banner/750x100.gif" alt="Comarch Contact Center" width="0" height="0" style="display: none !important; visibility: hidden !important; opacity: 0 !important; background-position: 750px 100px;">

It is hidden from view, and its just a coincident, that on some browser it still stays visible (perhaps it is browser dependend script).

I would suggest to try testing unpublishing and publishing again of each 3rd party extension and module that is not joomla core module - after each unpublishing - please reaload the page and check if banner shows correctly.
