Change Logo possition

Hello i need to change my logo position ... is that possible to do that (see attachment please) and what file i need to modified for done this change?

I suggest to add additional module position above menu and there publish you logo in the HTML CUSTOM module.
You have to edit only three files from template: templateDetails.xml, layouts\default.php and css\template.css (or use css\override.css)
