move article toc to aside bar

Please let me know how to move the article TOC to the aside bar.

Article Table Of Contents is the box with the names of the pages in multi-pages articles. See attach.

Usually that appears on the right, but as long as aside bar is empty, I would like to move article TOC there.
If possible, it would be nice that TOC can stay fix when scrolling the article.

It is impossible, there are no settings to do that with Joomla and the template, you could make a hack to the site with javascript to move it.
