I found a possible solution here (Time Zone), but it did not work! Matters take too long to appear in Frontend ...
Could anyone help me?

Hi,
is this question is about template support? I don't thinks so, it general question about how Joomla works.
In Joomla you have time settings, but first you have to ask you hosting support what is they time on server.
Because sometimes is -1 or +1 not always like on your watch.
Second, you have to set Time Zone in Global Settings.
Third, change delay publication time, it hard to set for good minute, but hours should works.

I found the problem ... It was in Cache Plugin GK and / or GK Cache Extended ... As I have disabled them, charging it was normal!
