Where do I put the code for something such as Quantcast in this template? I have a couple of things that need to be on every page of the site and I can't figure out the best place to put them.

Where Quantcast advise to add code, to HEAD area ? If yes you need to look at root/templates/gk_news/layouts/default.php file.
