How to disable responsive design

How can i disable the responsive design?
I want my website to look exactly like on my browser.

Hi,
please check if you have latest version of our template. In no please update it. Then please go to the template settings. Here you will find option to disable responsive for layout.

Go to Administrator
From top menu select:
Extensions->template manager
click:
gk_news - Default
In right panel click on "Layouts" header, at end of this panel You will find "Responsive Layout" switch.

I have checked Bikestore template, and the option is where it is supposed to be:
