Cache turn on - Layout problems

Hello,

when i turn on the setting in backend template advanced settings (pic 1) the layout in frontend get damaged (pic 2)

Have someone a solution for this problem?

I've enabled all compression and cache in template

and there is no problem with default quickstart package >> http://d.pr/i/wbRI

I get that problem if I turn on css compression
